about Hey, I’m Ribbendale! I do icon and bust commissions for robux and money thru paypal!

i can draw almost anything! Feel free to ask if you aren’t sure, but do note that I won’t always have examples of work I can do as I’m an artist who adapts to the way each character is drawn in their references!

[1.] I am apart of a collective / plural DID system but I will not go in-depth about that in this carrd!
[2.] You can ask other headmates to get me to front for you when it comes to commissions, but do not rush me or them. I will get to your commission when I am able to.

commission guidelines ❤︎₊ ⊹

before you commission me please make sure to have all your information in order to send to me. State if you are paying with robux OR paypal in the very first message, if not asking a question. I will notify you if there will be a wait beforehand and let you know when I will get started on your commission. My commissions are always open, I will always hold waitlists if necessary, but when I get to you depends on life circumstances, do keep this in mind if I happen to say otherwise. I also take reoccurring commissioners, meaning you can commission me more than once!

do not commission me if you are impatient or prone to changing your mind during wait periods. It is in my right to deny or cancel any commission I am uncomfortable or incapable of doing.

Regarding Border Icons The colors of the checkered icon borders can be changed. They can be full color, gradient, or if you prefer no border and a full icon that can be done instead. The first border (black and white) and third border (cloudy blue sky with grass) can also be changed or removed entirely. View examples below for Reference!

Payment I will show you a sketch or markup of your requests and ask questions for clarification. You will need to pay in full after sketch is shown and link is given, regardless of the amount of icons you order. You will need to take a screenshot for proof of payment.

Refunds and Commission Errors Refunds will only be provided when I truly cannot finish a commission. In terms of commission errors, please let me know so I can fix them, regardless if the commission time period is over. I would like to give you the work in the highest quality it can be, but unfortunately I can make some mistakes from time to time and not be able to catch them after sending the artwork to you due to my visual impairments.

You Must Agree to the Following: I will only use the icons I bought for personal or nonprofit usage, unless a commercial fee is discussed. I will not use any icon I did not pay for, unless it is a gift. I will not repost icons on different platforms without Ribbendale’s permission nor will I use icons without proper credit. I will not make NFTs or use AI on any of the artwork I receive. I acknowledge that Ribbendale will use my commission artwork for advertisement. I will not make a huge fuss over the possibility of Ribbendale denying or canceling my commission. If I commission Ribbendale, it’s automatically assumed that I agree to their terms.

It typically takes me up to one—three days to finish an icon depending on the style, character details, amount of icons I was commissioned for att, etc.I am usually spending a lot of time out of my day working on any commissions upon receiving them; however, there are many factors that come into play that delay my time, so I have given myself the leeway of 2 weeks.I will sincerely apologize if I run over that, but I will always do my best to make sure I get your icon done eventually. Cancellation and commission declines are rare for me but I will keep my rules firmly stated in any case I do happen to be in those positions.
